One: Your cosplay is brilliant and amazing and looks fantabulous.
Two: I actually like how the picture is kind of grainy, and since I'm not sure if you did it on purpose or not... I'm going to assume it was intentional, because that kind of effect gives it a better feel - it actually looks like someone took a quick snapshot of a witch before booking it when they realized the flash startled her.

Overall - love it. <3
